
The mission of OIC of Wilson, Inc. is the enhancement of
the quality of life of individuals and families living in
the Wilson community through the elimination of poverty and
its corresponding ills by
"Helping People
to Help Themselves."
We are a multi-service non-profit
community based organization with a 35 year history serving
economically disadvantaged youth and adults living in
Wilson County and throughout eastern North Carolina.
OIC of Wilson annually provides services to ore than 25,000
individuals through more than 24 programs in the areas of
employment readiness and referral, basic skills training
and enhancement and health & nutritional services.
Our agency has a 34 member staff and utilizes more than 100
volunteers in its efforts.
